Drug : - 20% Mannitol: 1 g/kg (5 ml/kg) is infused through the central venous catheter for 20 minutes. - 3% NaCl: 0.15 g/kg (5 ml/kg) is infused through the central venous catheter for 20 minutes. 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients over the age of 19 undergoing supratentorial brain tumor craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to participate in the study Patients who are contraindicated to use mannitol or hypertonic saline Patients with a history of craniotomy Patients who are unable to complete consent papers on their own due to loss of consciousness Patients undergoing emergency surgery
