Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: collaborative group 1. If the name of the patient who received outpatient first-time medical treatment from January 1, 2020 to the date of IRB approval belongs to the sick person who is eligible for payment 2. In case of primary consultation treatment 3. If it is not included in the exclusion criteria non-collaborative group 1. Among patients who have received outpatient first-time medical treatment since January 1, 2020, if the name of the residential disease belongs to the eligible disease 2. Select patients from January 1, 2020 in order 3. Patients who have received co-operative and non-cooperative treatment and the evaluation index is recorded more than twice 4. If it is not included in the exclusion criteria
