Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General anesthesia is scheduled to be performed for laryngeal microsurgery, and only one or two adults aged 19 or older are eligible for general anesthesia 2. If the study participants have listened to the detailed explanation of this clinical study, fully understood it, and have voluntarily decided to participate and agreed in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If the tracheal intubation tube thermometer cannot be used for surgery 2. If you have a history of cervical surgery 3. If it is impossible to overstretch the neck for laryngeal microoperation 4. If the body temperature measured before surgery is 37.6? or 35.6? or lower 5. If the researcher determines that the researcher is unsuitable for participation in clinical research due to other reasons
