Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intervention 1 (1) Older adults living alone (2) Diagnosed with hypertension by a physician and are taking more than one antihypertensive drug (including those who have other chronic diseases along with hypertension) (3) Smartphone owner (4) Inexperienced smartphone user who uses smartphone for only phone call and has little experience of interactive communication using social network services such as KakaoTalk, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, blog, etc. (5) The Mini-Mental State Examination score above or equal to 24 (6) Able to read and write Korean 2. Intervention 2 (1) Older adults living alone (2) Diagnosed with two or more chronic diseases by a physician and are taking more than one drug (3) Smartphone owner (4) Experienced user of smartphone and is capable of interactive communication using social network services such as KakaoTalk, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, blog, etc. (5) The Mini-Mental State Examination score above or equal to 24 (6) Able to read and write Korean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have been diagnosed with mood disorders or cognitive impairment by a physician (2) Who are currently participating in a similar education program or have a plan to participate in a similar program within the intervention period
