Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Among patients who complained of ocular neuropathic pain at our pain clinic, patients who underwent greater occipital nerve block were chosen. Patients with ocular neuropathic pain means those who were referred to a pain clinic from the ophthalmology clinic because the pain was not proportional to the ophthalmic findings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications for greater occipital nerve block (rejection of the patient, severe coagulation disorder, scalp infection, cervical instability or acute fracture, Arnold-Chiari syndrome, patients unable to prone position) were excluded. In addition, cases where the effect cannot be determined by visiting only once were excluded.
