Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was conducted with patients aged 20 to 65 who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy or laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia with ASA score (American society of anesthesiology physical state score) I and II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following patients are excluded from the study. Immune system disorder and systemic disorder (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, leukemia, etc.), patients with drug allergy, patients taking steroids such as oral contraceptives or taking them within 6 months, drug addiction or alcoholism , patients with neuropsychiatric disorders, pregnancy, patients with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher
