Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with American society of anesthesiologists class I, II, and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI 35 or higher Patients with peripheral occlusive vascular disease Patients with heart disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia) Those taking a/ß blocker pregnant woman Patients allergic to local anesthetics Patients taking anticoagulants and medications unsuitable for local anesthesia A patient with an infection in the skin to be operated on for quadriceps blockade chronic pain disorder Neurological defect or peripheral neuropathy of the arm undergoing axillary block

MeasureTime frame
According to the presence or absence of diabetes, check the difference in the perfusion index of the upper extremity

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In the diabetic group, the value of change in the perfusion index between the upper extremity that had undergone plexus block and the upper extremity that had not been subjected to block was checked.;Check the difference in perfusion index ratio according to the presence or absence of diabetic neuropathy in the diabetic group.;Check change in skin temperature according to the presence or absence of diabetes.;Check the cut-off value of the perfusion index of diabetic patients.
