Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with American society of anesthesiologists class I, II, and III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI 35 or higher Patients with peripheral occlusive vascular disease Patients with heart disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia) Those taking a/ß blocker pregnant woman Patients allergic to local anesthetics Patients taking anticoagulants and medications unsuitable for local anesthesia A patient with an infection in the skin to be operated on for quadriceps blockade chronic pain disorder Neurological defect or peripheral neuropathy of the arm undergoing axillary block
