Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification (ASA PS) 1-4 patients Patients undergoing single heart valve surgery under general anesthesia: a mitral valve, aortic valve, or tricuspid valve Patients who voluntarily consented in writing to participate in this clinical study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Taking sleeping pills, antipsychotics, or narcotic pain relievers for more than 1 week physical disability illiteracy In case of conversion to surgery using an extracorporeal circulation device Left ventricular function (rescue fraction) less than 30% In case of major organ failure before surgery (Plasma creatine 2mg/dL or higher, AST/ALT 3 times higher than normal before surgery and there is a continuous increase, or there is a neurological abnormality) If mechanical ventilation assistance is continuously required after surgery
