Dietary Supplement : Test group: Take 2 PVGL tablets twice a day with water after meals for 12 weeks Control group: Take 2 placebo tablets twice a day with water after meals for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with VAS 30mm or greater Subjects whose Kellgren-Lawrence grade on a knee X-ray corresponds to I or II Subjects who have agreed to participate in this study and provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects currently being treated for major cardiovascular, immunologic, respiratory, hepatic, genitourinary, nervous, musculoskeletal system, infectious disease, and malignant tumor Subjects with specific arthritis other than degenerative factors Subjects with less than 2mm of joint space width Subjects who have used arthritis-related medicines or health supplements for joint health within one month
