Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients with chronic knee pain for more than 3 months - 50-80 years old - Kellgren–Lawrence grade>= 2 in radiological OA grade - Patients whose pain is not controlled by analgesics or physical therapy - Patients and carers agree to this study - Patients below ASA classification III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with acute knee pain under 3 months - In the case of loss of connective tissue around the knee , patient who had knee surgery - a person with a severe neurological deficit or mental illness - Patients who have injected steroids within the last 3 months - Patients with infection or inflammatory reactions at injection site - a patient with a severe coagulation disorder - a patient with an allergic reaction to a test drug - Patients who have difficulty filling out consent forms - Subjects who are vulnerable by definition of the clinical trial review board of the medical institution where the clinical trial is conducted - Patients with ASA classification IV or higher
