Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? American Society of Anesthesiologists body classification I, II ? Among pediatric patients aged 3-12, the legal representative and the patient themselves agreed to participate in the study ? Patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery using endotracheal tube

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients taking steroids ? Patients who have had an allergic reaction to honey or other drugs ? Patients who have previously complained of sore throat, hoarseness, or have upper respiratory tract infections such as cough
