Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 years of age or older ? Rotator cuff tear arthropathy ? Rotator cuff tear arthropathy (not amenable to anatomical repair) ? primary degenerative arthritis ? primary degenerative arthritis (B2/B3 glenoid) 2) Those who understand the research content and agree to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Active infection 2) Previous shoulder surgery 3) Previous ipsilateral shoulder fracture 4) Anatomical strcutrues that are not deemed amenable to surgical fixation 5) Known allergy to CT contrast 6) Those who inappropriate to participate in the research
