Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Senior citizens over 65 years of age - Those who do not have dementia. - Those who are able to function in daily life without the help of a third party or assistive devices. - Those who do not have serious diseases, disorders, or sequelae in the nervous, musculoskeletal, or skeletal system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Senior citizens under the age of 65 - People with dementia. - A person who performs daily life functions with the help of a third party or an auxiliary device. - Those with serious diseases, disorders, and sequelae in the nervous, muscular, skeletal or nervous system. - Those with serious diseases or disorders in the nervous, musculoskeletal, and skeletal systems after participating in the experiment. - Those who received surgical treatment due to serious diseases or disorders in the nervous, musculoskeletal, and skeletal systems after the time of participation in the experiment. - Those who have suffered serious incidents, accidents, natural disasters, etc. after participating in the experiment. - Research subjects with limited ability to consent and those in vulnerable circumstances.
