Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI examination ? Who have been confirmed to have dysphagia as a result of videofluoroscopy ? Who show a decrease in pharyngeal contractility during swallowing ? Who can accurately understand and perform effortful swallowing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who are judged to be unclear between normal swallowing and effortful swallowing in an examination using a tongue pressure measuring device
