Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients over 70 years of age with ASA physical status 1-3 undergoing urology surgery at Konkuk University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age <70 years 2) Allergic hystoty for benzodiazepine or propofol 3) Reduced left ventricular function (ejection fraction <40%) 4) Hepatic dieases 5) Emergency surgery
