Interventions

Behavioral : The intervention consists of an exercise program (progressive resistance exercise) and a social support reinforcement program. The exercise program is operated 3 times a week for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - A person living alone without cohabitation including family and acquaintances - Those who have no restrictions on physical activity - A person who can communicate freely and clearly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have a severe nervous system, musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, and mental comorbidities can make hard to participate in exercise programs - Those who have performed regular exercise at least once a week within the past 6 months
