Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with brain lesions who wish to be admitted to the National Rehabilitation Center for driving rehabilitation - Persons with a cognitive level required for driving (those with a K-MMSE-2 score of 24 or higher) - Sitting balance Normal where you can sit and stand up to resistance independently - A person who can operate by supplementing physical disabilities using assistive equipment - a self-consented person to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - People who are unable to communicate due to cognitive impairment or aphasia - A person who has a limited range of joint motion in the body joint and is not supplemented by using assistive equipment; - Skin disease or open wound - If the sitting position cannot be maintained for more than 10 minutes for evaluation - If you have a psychiatric condition - Where it is difficult to use a virtual reality simulator due to severe dizziness; - a person who has severe motion sickness - Pregnant women or persons under the age of 19 - Those who cannot sit independently (sitting balance Good grade or below)
