Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Individuals with stroke or spinal cord injury for 6 months or longer - a person who does not exercise regularly - A person who voluntarily agrees to participate after understanding the description of the experiment in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with stroke or spinal cord injury less than 6 months of disability - A person who is unable to exercise due to neurological/typical/medical problems - Where this project cannot be carried out at the discretion of other researchers; - a pregnant woman
