Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A nurse who delegates duties by working in the integrated nursing and care service ward of a general hospital-level medical institution Nurses performing direct patient care practices Those who can use a PC, tablet, or smartphone device to learn the mobile simulation education program Those who understand the purpose of the research and agree to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses and nursing managers working in general wards Nursing manager of the integrated nursing care service ward
