Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons over 65 years of age who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis 2) Those who have no experience in aural pressure therapy 3) A person with clear consciousness 4) Those with a sleep quality (PSQI-K) score of more than 5 5) The elderly without inflammatory lesions and trauma to the ear 6) Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those taking sleeping pills 2) Those taking melatonin 3) Those with tape allergy 4) Those taking steroids 5) Those with nocturia who urinate more than 3 times at night 6) Persons with severe neurological disorders or cognitive impairment such as dementia 7) Those who are currently using other complementary and alternative therapies for pain and sleep
