Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19 years or older who have been injured for more than 6 months due to cervical and thoracic spinal cord injuries (excluding CES) ? Patients with neuropathic pain caused by spinal cord injury who must have a Korean version of LANSS (Leeds Assessment of Neuropathic Symptoms and Signs) score of 12 or higher, and have maintained neuropathic pain for at least the last 3 months ? Patients with a score of 4 or higher for pain perception on the Numeric Rating Scale (0 = no pain, 10 = most severe pain) ? Patients whose pain persists even after administration of analgesics such as tricyclic antidepressants, antiepileptics, and narcotics for more than 3 months ? A patient who voluntarily wished to participate in the study and signed the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? If you have a progressive neurological disease or other disease in which the vital signs are unstable or require urgent treatment ? If you are pregnant ? cognitive impairment ? Patients with syringomyelia within the last 3 months ? People with neuropsychiatric history including depression, schizophrenia, etc. ? Alcohol or drug addicts ? When other chronic diseases that can cause neuropathic pain are accompanied
