Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 3 years of first aid experience Impact of Events Scale-Revised (IES-R) 24 points or less Who is able to communicate and has no physical or mental disability Who listened to the explanation of this study and agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are currently receiving hospital treatment and psychotherapy for other mental illnesses
