Medical Device : Treatments performed during the hospitalization period of the test group include zero-gravity treadmill training 5 times a week for 30 minutes once a day for 4 weeks, range of motion

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A person diagnosed with a lower extremity fracture among musculoskeletal disorders caused by a traffic accident 2. Persons capable of partial weight bearing 3. A person who can walk more than 10m independently using a walking aid 4. Persons who voluntarily participated in clinical research and obtained consent 5. A person who can understand and follow the instructions of the researcher 6. Persons aged 19 or over and under 65 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the surgical site, avascular necrosis 2. Serious heart disease 3. Uncontrolled high blood pressure 4. Untreated deep venous thrombosis 5. Weight less than 38 kg
