Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults with no problems with swallowing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of diseases that may affect swallowing 2. Those with an abnormality confirmed through a swallowing screening test (Eating Assessment Tool; EAT-10 = 3)
