Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ECOG performance status 0 or 1 2. Age: 50-80 years old 3. Current smokers over 20 pack years or past smokers with less than 15 years of smoking cessation 4. Biopsy is planned for lung nodules and either A or B below A. A person who has a lung nodule found on chest CT, Lung-RADS category 4B or 4X, and TNM stage (8th edition) clinical stage IA lung cancer. B. TNM stage (8th edition) clinical stage III~IV lung cancer patients. 5. Sign the consent form to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ECOG performance status 2, 3, or 4 2. Age: under 50, or over 80 3. Cancer diagnosis and active treatment within the past 5 years 4. Subjects who do not agree to participate in the study
