Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a person who consented in a written form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A person who had phototherapy within 2 months 2. A person who took drugs or health functional foods containing vitamin D within 2 months 3. A person who has a disease that can cause kidney failure or liver failure 4. A person who has dermatological diseases such as photosensitive skin and skin cancer 5. A person who has a history of major psychiatric, internal, neurological diseases, infections, malignant tumors or trauma 6. A person who does not faithfully respond to a self-reported questionnaire
