Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy (2) ASA classification I-II adult patient (age : 19~69)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients whose systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg (2) Patients who are converted to open surgery (3) Patients with difficulty in communication (4) Patients who disagree with participating in the study (5) Pregnant women (6) Patients who did not undergo cholecystectomy using three ports (7) Patients who have abdominal surgery history (8) Patients who have ERBD (Endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage) (9) Patients who have COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) (10) Acute cholecystitis patients
