Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of the study were ASA class I patients who underwent breast surgery under total intravenous anesthesia at Konkuk University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were 1. emergency surgery, 2. allergy to egg or soybean oil, 3. history of drug misuse, 4. taking other opioids, 5. other surgeries at the same time, 6. lactose intorelance, and 7. severe liver failure.
