Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 55 years or older 2. Education: 0 years or more (not illiterate) 3. Gender/age/educational level-adjusted z score of the Mini-Mental Status Examination in the Korean Version of the CERAD Assessment Packet(MMSE-KC) or Cognitive Impairment Screening Test(CIST) is higher than -2.0SD 4. Have 2 or more of the following dementia risk factors A. No moderate degree or more exercise in the past year (More than moderate exercise: Exercising at a frequency of 150 minutes/week or more with an intensity of ‘fast walking’ or higher) B. Haven't read a book/newspaper/magazine more than once a week in the past year C. Have not met with close acquaintances such as friends/relatives more than once a week in the past year D. Have been depressed or not motivated for the past year 5. Have a smartphone and can use the application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were previously diagnosed with dementia or other neurotic disorders(e.g., Parkinson's disease); stroke in a recent year of having significant sequelae of past stroke; major psychiatric disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder) in a recent year; having absolute contraindication to participate in an exercise program (e.g., need a wheelchair for mobility). Also, subjects who were already participated in other exercise or cognitive stimulating programs in the CCD were excluded in the present study.
