Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have histologically confirmed diffuse gastric cancer. Patients meeting Hereditary Diffuse Gastric Cancer genetic testing criteria of 2020 International Gastric Cancer Linkage Consortium

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastric cancer other than diffuse type Remnant gastric cancer Recurred gastric cancer History of previous gastrectomy History of any malignancy within recent 5 years (Except for Lobular breast cancer) Presence of severe comorbidity (e.g. cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency) or coagulopathy Pregnant or lactating women Presence of psychiatric disorder that may preclude compliance Patients who cannot understand informed consent
