Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hemiplegic patients aged 19 years or older after 3 months of the primary onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage MRC score of 3 or higher on the affected shoulder and elbow do not have limitations in the manual range of motion of the affected shoulder and elbow joints Shoulder or elbow flexor spasticity MAS 1+ or lower a score of 21 to 50 on the affected Fugl-Meyer Assessment. A person who has the cognitive ability to understand and follow the instructions of the researcher Those who have agreed to participate in the study by themselves or their guardians after understanding the experimental description of this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: orthopedic problems or musculoskeletal disorders in the affected upper limb shoulder subluxation of 2FB or more Cyversickness (those who have symptoms such as nausea and vomiting when looking at the screen) A person who has a pacemaker or other electrical device in the body Women of childbearing age who are pregnant or of childbearing potential
