Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among the patients who came to the emergency medical center of Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, severe emergency patients over the age of 18 who require tracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma, under 18 years of age, pregnant women, and when an intubation attempt fails with a device determined by random order, intubation with another device is excluded from the study
