Drug : At the end of the surgery, neuromuscular blockade is reversed with 50 mcg/kg of neostigmine or 2mg/kg of sugammadex.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia Pediatric patients 2 ~ 12 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature infants, a history of previous chest surgery, patients with confirmed upper or lower respiratory tract infections, airway malformations, severe lung disease Body mass index >= 30 Preoperative chest X-ray abnormal findings (eg atelectasis, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.)
