Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Twelve months - age 18 or under 18 years. 2. Patients who underwent upper endoscopy and either required or requested an H. pylori test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not consented 2. contraindication to biopsy due to severe coagulopathy (INR >1.5 or <50000) 3. use of antibiotics or PPIs (within the last 2 weeks) 4. history of H. pylori eradication
