Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Study participants who are in the fourth grade of nursing college and are about to graduate - Participants in the study who will enter the hospital after graduation - Participants in the study who can use personal PC (window)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A person who is scheduled to take a career path other than a hospital (pharmaceutical company, health teacher, etc.) after graduation; - Person who cannot use personal pc (window)
