Drug : 1) Acetaminophen group: intravenous acetaminophen 1g mixed in 100ml of normal saline 30 minutes before the surgery ends 2) Acetaminophen + ibuprofen group: intravenous acetaminophen 1g and ibup

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 20-70 undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to be enrolled in the study 2) Emergency surgery 3) On chronic pain medications 4) Psychiatric disorders 5) Pregnant, lactating women 6) Allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to the medication drugs 7) Renal, hepatic disorders 8) Severe hemolytic anemia 9) Chronic alcoholics 10) History of gastric ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding 11) Abnormal blood tests, uncontrolled hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases, history of CABG surgery
