Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of ischaemic or haemorrhage stroke. Inpatient within 6 months of stroke onset (2~4 months) Age 60 - 80 Willingness to participate in PFT and ability to use the peak flow meter with maximum effort Cognitive ability to comply with PFT, and defined as a score greater than 12 in the Korean Version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) Functional level of sitting on back in a wheelchair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical conditions that may affect PFT, such as bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive and restrictive airway disease, congestive cardiac disease, oropharyngeal cancer, or aspiration pneumonia Significant neurological conditions other than stroke, or being on medication that could interfere with neuromuscular control or cause drowsiness Tracheostomy status
