Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are meet indication for uric acid lowering treatment, and the indications for uric acid lowering treatment are as follows. 1) Patients who have one more tophi 2) Patients who have experienced gout flare at least twice a year 3) Patients who have joint erosion observed on hand and foot X-ray 4) Patients who researchers determines that uric acid lowering treatment is necessary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients under 18 years of age 2) Patients who have taken uric acid-lowering drugs within 4 weeks 3) Patients who researcher judges that it is not suitable for this study
