Inclusion criteria: - High-risk mothers who understand and consent to the purpose of the study and consent to participate in the study - Spouse who is a family member of a high-risk mother who understands and consents to the purpose of the study and consents to participate in the study - High-risk mothers over the age of 19 - Spouse who is a family member of a high-risk mother over the age of 19
