Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip femoral neck fracture over 50 years old 2. Degenerative arthritis above Tonnis grade III 3. Potential fractures above Garden type III on front and rear radiation 4. Potential fracture with posterior potential of 15 degrees or more of proximal phalanx on CT axial image

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local or systemic infections, sepsis and persistent acute or chronic myelitis 2. If you have an unstable medical condition (Age-adjusted CCI>5) 3. Patients with neuromotor diseases such as Parkinson's and neurological diseases such as hemiplegia 4. Non-functional gait patients with KOVAL walking ability of 7 points
