Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? First, in the past 6 weeks, those with a Numeric Rating Scale severity of at least 4 ? Second, those who have been diagnosed with lateral elbow pain by a diagnostician for more than 1 year ? Third, those who showed pain in 2 or more of the following 4 tests - Cozen test (resistance to extension of the wrist) - Maudsley test (stop resistance test) - Mill test (passive flexion of the wrist) - Hand held dynamometer inspection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? First, those who received injection treatment 6 months before participating in the study ? Second, those who received conservative treatment 4 weeks before participating in the study ? Third, those who show local or systemic arthritis findings ? Fourth, those who complain of neurological disorders ? Fifth, those with limited arm function ? Sixth, those with a history of surgery on the elbow ? Seventh, those with high blood pressure (blood pressure >140/90 mmHg) ? Eighth, those with a history of heart and coronary artery disease ? Ninth, those with venous thromboembolism and other hematologic disorders
