Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Children and adolescents aged 7-18 years who visited the outpatient department of pediatric dentistry at Yonsei University College of Dentistry Hospital -Patient with both left and right upper and lower first molars erupted -Patients without systemic disease related to hearing -Patients who have overall calculus and plaque in the oral cavity during examination (patients requiring scaling treatment) -Patients who need resin restoration treatment for all upper and lower first molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Congenital hearing loss - Those diagnosed with acquired abnormalities - Those who use hearing aids -People with mental illness
