Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Behavioral Study : In 2021.01~202.09.30, anesthesia nurses participating in anesthesia that meets the following selection/exclusion criteria 1) Selection criteria - Age : 0 – 15 years old - Patients who underwent pediatric general surgery under general anesthesia 2) Exclusion criteria - Less than 30 minutes of operation time - behavioral change research data are not recorded on the anesthesia record sheet B. SUBJECT TO SURVEY A person who works as an anesthesia nurse at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital in May 2022.
