Behavioral : The arbitration group will be provided with a total of 6 weeks and 120 minutes of education programs once. 1: Self-understanding through the Enogram 2: Mom's way of controlling emotions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults with at least one negative childhood experience from childhood to age 18 - Childhood negative experiences: emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, physical neglect, emotional neglect, parental violence, domestic mental illness, domestic criminality, domestic drug abuse, parental divorce or separation) 2. Mothers raising children under the age of 7 3. If you understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily agree to participate in the research, -> Targets who are eligible for all 1, 2, and 3 above can participate in the program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person who has personal counseling or is currently on psychiatric medication
