Inclusion criteria: Patients with non-pedunculated polyps of size 15-20 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The polyp size is 2 cm ? Pedunculated polyps ? Polyps suspected of deep submucosal invasiver cancer (ex, NBI_NICE classification 3) ? Partial circumferential resection is performed by a snare tip ? Unplanned procedures such as Hybrid ESD, underwater ESD, Snare tip anchoring EMR, etc ? Endoscopist's colonoscopy experience is less than 2 years
