Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients who were diagnosed as stroke by rehab physicians (including medical records from other hopitals) and hospitalized at NRC. - Person who are able to be hospitalized for more than 3 days (for test-retest analysis) - Those who are able to understand what researchers explain and to have a verbal communication or to describe through text or pictures. - Those who agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with central nervous system diseases other than stroke, such as intellectual disabilities, metabolic diseases, drug abuse, alcoholism, history of psychiatric disorders, and brain tumors - Those who are not possible to evaluate cognition due to decreased consciousness or cognition (unable to follow three-step obey) - Patients with vision or hearing impairment
