Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)partial thickness rotator cuff tear or small or medium sized full thickness rotator cuff tear (less than 3cm) with limited range of motion of shoulder (forward flexion less than 100 degree, external rotation less than 50 degree, internal rotation less than L1 vertebral level 2) patients who can be followed up at least 1 year after the operation 3) more than 20 years old men or women 4) patients visit orthopedic outpatient clinic of Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) tear size of rotator cuff more than 3cm and rotator cuff tear without adhesive capsulitis 2) rotator cuff tear combined fracture 3) poor compliance patient 4) poor ability of understanding of process of this study
