Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults age of 19- 70 ? Adult who complaint subjective discomfort during the sleep ? Adult with physical problems that can cause subjective discomfort during the sleep ? Adult who understood the aim of the study and agreed to participate personally

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patient who diagnosed with sleep disorder and treated with positive airway pressure, oral device or surgical treatment ? Subject who voluntarily withdraw intention to participate the study ? Subject using medications effecting autonomic nervous system such as benzodiazepine or anti-depressant agent ? Subject with disease which can increase airway resistance such as chronic lung disease or asthma ? Subject with congenital anomaly or who cannot express severity of their symptoms ? Subject with head and neck malignant neoplasm or underwent head and neck surgery ? Subject who has phychologic•renal•cardiovascular•pulmonologic•hepatic disease that investigators decided it to be clinically significant ? Pregnant or lactating women
