Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients for total knee arthroplasty over the age of 19. ? Patients who have the will or ability to follow the doctor's instructions, including rehabilitation treatment such as joint exercise. ? Patients understand this study and agree in writing by the patient's own or by the patient's representative to participate in the study. ? Patients with central sensitization and neuropathic pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Local infection, sepsis, or neurological abnormalities in the lower extremities of the surgical site. ? Patients with inflammatory arthritis or crystalline sedimentary arthritis. ? Patients who are hypersensitive to duloxetin or prevalin sanctions or show excessive complications. ? Patients who received treatment for anemia within a month of surgery. ? Patients with uncontrolled hypertension with relaxed blood pressure of 100mmHg or more ? Patients with abnormal liver function (aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase >60 IU litre) ? Patients who can't do rehabilitation alone or need assistance.
