Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for selecting subjects for the study are 1) those who have consented to participate in this study and voluntarily signed the written consent form, 2) those who can participate in the exercise program, and 3) those who are 18 years of age or older and can visit a total of 4 times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) If you have knee pain or difficulty cycling, 2) If you feel repulsive or difficult to measure respiration gas, 3) Those taking drugs and diseases that affect energy metabolism, 4) Others determined by the researcher to be inappropriate for participation
